2. Scope
This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit vector-channel.digital, use the contact form, or communicate with us about major life change and scenario planning services.
3. What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message content you submit voluntarily.
- Consent preference: a value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage, as described on the cookie policy page.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) to deliver the site and maintain security. We do not use those logs for profiling or advertising.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

5. Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your data is sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain (vector-channel.digital). The handler stores the message only as long as needed to reply and maintain business records, then deletes or anonymises it according to our retention schedule unless law requires longer storage.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share inquiry content with advertisers.
6. Retention
- Inquiries: up to 24 months after last contact unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution.
- Consent preference: until you clear site data in your browser or we change the storage key (you will be asked again).
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email info@vector-channel.digital with enough detail for us to verify your request.
You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe processing violates applicable law.
8. International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed on servers located in Thailand or other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. We require appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where applicable.
9. Security
We use TLS encryption for form submission and limit access to inquiry data to staff who need it to respond. No method of transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive identifiers unless necessary.
10. Children
Our services address adults making major life decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without parental authority as defined under Thai law.
11. Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes to how inquiry data is processed will be highlighted on the contact page.
