Refund policy

Status: Proposed terms — pending business confirmation before paid bookings open.

Applicability

This policy applies when you purchase individual decision-making and scenario planning sessions or related written action plan packages from Vector Channel Life Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105518601953). Contact: info@vector-channel.digital, +66-43-246-581.

Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before the scheduled session start: full refund of any prepaid fee, or one free reschedule within 90 days.
• Within 72 hours: 50% refund or reschedule at our discretion, because the slot cannot be offered to another client.
• No-show without notice: no refund; we may offer a shortened make-up session once.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra charge.

After work has started

If the session has begun and you end early, fees for time already delivered are non-refundable. If we fail to deliver the agreed written action plan within the stated turnaround, you may request a partial refund proportional to the missing deliverable.

Deposits

If a deposit model is used, deposits are refundable under the same windows above unless applied to custom preparation already performed (e.g., pre-reading lengthy contracts you supplied).

How to request a refund

Email info@vector-channel.digital with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 10 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days where banking rules allow.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act. If local law grants you a longer cooling-off period for distance contracts, that period applies.
